24/7 services to meet break down conditions. Our
offices, strategically located, at all metro's
across the country, afford short travel time for
our Service Engineers to reach the customer's
site, in the event of a break down notification. |

The Branch offices,
located at Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai,
Bangalore, Hubli & Hyderabad are staffed with
qualified, trained and experienced Engineers,
carry inventory of spares and components and are
in constant communication with our Works at Gandhinagar,
over phone, fax and e-mail, enabling us to provide
"On-time services - Every time”. |

Training |

We believe that
training is an integral part of the process for
smooth operations of the products supplied by
Hi-Rel. Training at our factory at Gandhinagar
or other locations can be organized upon request.
Training

One day - on site
demonstration of the start-up and shut-down procedures
- including hands-on trouble shooting techniques
and maintenance procedures. |

Overview |
| |
Two day's classroom
session covering theory of operations, printed
circuit boards, control cards, parameter settings,
and general trouble shooting and repairing. Includes
proper communication for fault reporting. |

Extensive |
| |
Three day's classroom
session, covering overview course and additional
time for advanced training on electronics and
trouble shooting. Hands-on training will be imparted
to translate theory into practical.
The "Overview" and
the "Extensive" training
modules are paid services conducted upon request.

Preventive
& Predictive Maintenance |

Predictive and
preventive maintenance schedule is aimed to assist
the customer in realizing best operations and
to minimize downtime, from the products supplied
by Hi-Rel. a regular run through of this check
list will cut down time lost on account of: |

Recommended
Spare Parts |
| |
Availability of
certain critical spares on the site will reduce
Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) in case of a break
down. Hi-Rel recommends that customers should
maintain these critical spares to meet emergency
situations - especially for those products supplied
by us, which are working on mission critical applications.
Our Customer Services Department will provide
list of critical spares to be maintained by the
customer and provide you the quotations for the
supply of spares on request. |
