We will be offering tailor made solutions suited to the customer’s requirements and depending on the requirements, the modules will be connected to a battery bank, via a charge controller, to regulate the amount of charge to the batteries and to prevent discharging. Power obtained from the charged batteries, in the form of DC current (mostly common in standalone systems) will be converted into AC current as used in the grid tied systems, by the interface of a solar inverter.
From the basic drawing board design to integration of the PCU, to deploying of charge controllers and solar inverters and other related power electronics, as well as the integration and execution of the rest of the BOS, Hi-Rel offers the entire gamut of project capabilities for the customer. We profess capability to partner our customers for the complete life cycle from design development to manufacturing to installation and commissioning of all types of solar power systems and Balance of Components.

DC Output based solar projects: |

In these systems the connected load is DC current. These systems use batteries as the storage medium, which deliver regulated power as required. The solar modules are typically connected to the battery bank via a charge controller to regulate the amount of charge and to prevent the batteries from discharging. The battery sizing calculations take into account the back-up time required and in these stand alone applications, the DC solar system can be designed for any system voltage i.e 12V, 24V, 48V, 96V… |

AC Output based solar projects: |

In these systems the connected load is AC current and uses an inverter to convert the DC voltage generated by the solar modules to AC. The power can be either fed to the load or to the grid. Solutions with different power options like 110V, 230V, single phase, three phase or any other combination can be made available. |

The Hi-Rel range of off grid solar inverters is available in capacities of 1kVA to 5kVA with a standard back-up time of 4 hours. Multiple inverters can be paralleled to achieve higher back-up time. |

 Trackers: |
| |
Trackers are mainly used to maximize the energy harvest in the solar power system. The single axis trackers offered by Hi-Rel, are fixed in the North to South axis and move from East to West direction during the day time. |
